What to Expect
This event has been carefully designed to offer families a genuine and meaningful insight into life at Epsom College Tokyo.
During the day, you will have the opportunity to:
- Hear directly from Epsom College Tokyo’s leadership team and Founding Head
- Learn about our British curriculum, our award-winning pastoral care, and approach to Early Years and Primary education
- Understand the Epsom Global pathway, including progression opportunities beyond Year 6
- Meet Japanese graduates of Epsom College Malaysia, who will share their personal experiences and journeys
- Engage with our admissions team regarding applications, assessments, and entry pathways
Children's Engagement Centre
For children joining us on the day, we will be hosting a series of interactive engagement centre, designed to:
- Provide a warm and welcoming introduction to the Epsom learning environment
- Allow children to experience elements of our unique teaching approach
- Help families see firsthand how their child may engage, grow, and thrive within the Epsom community
These activities are not assessments or entrance exams. They are warm, meaningful opportunities for children to explore, participate, and discover the joy of learning the Epsom way – and a chance for families to see whether Epsom is the right fit for their child’s unique potential.

Families attending this event will be among the first to:
- Receive personalised guidance on how to apply to Epsom College Tokyo
- Pre-register for the admissions assessments, fast-tracking your child’s pathway towards entry in autumn 2027
- Join our Founding Families cohort and help shape the very first chapter of Epsom College Tokyo
As places in our inaugural year are limited, we warmly encourage families to begin the admissions process at the earliest opportunity.

PROGRAMME:
- The First half Session – School presentation, curriculum overview, Children’s engagement centre run simultaneously.
- Second half Session – Consultation with Epsom (Pre-registered) / Admission Assessment (Year 1- 4)
